Effective date September 19 2026
War Room helps business owners explore succession, transition, retirement, and business-readiness options. This page explains how we handle information, the terms that apply when you use our website and materials, and the limits of the educational and modeling services we provide.
In this page, “War Room,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean War Room, which operates WarRoomOcala.com and the Second Offer™ process. “You” means the person using the website, completing a questionnaire, requesting a report, or otherwise interacting with us.
Questions may be directed to 352-766-1994 or trevor@warroomocala.com.
1 Privacy Policy
Business owners may share sensitive personal and business information while considering what comes next. We take that responsibility seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what we may collect, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:
- Your name, company, email address, telephone number, and communication preferences.
- Business profile information, including revenue ranges, profitability, ownership, transition timing, and successor-readiness information.
- Financial estimates, goals, preferences, assumptions, and answers submitted through a questionnaire, assessment, report request, or consultation.
- Documents or information you provide during a later paid engagement.
- Messages, appointment details, feedback, and other communications with us.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, payment-card details, medical records, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information through a general website form.
Information collected automatically
We and our service providers may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, form activity, and the date and time of a visit. Technologies used may include cookies, pixels, log files, or similar tools.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide the questionnaire result, report, resource, consultation, or service you request.
- Evaluate whether a Second Offer™ or another transition-planning path appears worth exploring.
- Create and maintain prospect and client records, document consent choices, and coordinate authorized work.
- Respond to questions, schedule conversations, and communicate about an active request or engagement.
- Send educational or marketing information when you have given permission or when otherwise allowed by law.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the website, questionnaires, reports, and services.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, and protect rights, safety, and property.
How information may be shared
We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers. Vendors may process information for hosting, analytics, CRM, email, scheduling, document generation, payments, cybersecurity, data storage, and similar operational purposes. They receive only the access reasonably needed to perform their work.
- Authorized professionals. With your direction or permission, information may be shared with an attorney, CPA, tax professional, financial professional, lender, valuation professional, insurance professional, consultant, or other person involved in your planning process.
- Legal and protective purposes. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, regulatory obligations, or a valid governmental request; investigate fraud or security incidents; or protect rights, safety, and property.
- Business transactions. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
War Room does not sell or rent the personal or business information submitted through the Second Offer™ assessment to unrelated third parties for their own marketing. If our practices change, this policy must be updated before the change takes effect.
Marketing email telephone and text communications
Submitting a questionnaire or requesting a report authorizes communications reasonably necessary to deliver and discuss that request. Permission to receive broader educational or marketing communications is requested separately and is not preselected. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
Providing a telephone number does not by itself authorize recurring automated marketing calls or text messages. War Room obtains any additional consent required before using automated or promotional telephone technology. Consent to marketing is not a condition of receiving a questionnaire result or purchasing a service.
Cookies analytics and browser choices
This website may use essential cookies needed for security and operation. If analytics, advertising, retargeting, or other nonessential technologies are used, War Room provides any notice or consent controls required for the technologies and audiences involved. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can affect site functionality.
Data retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business and engagement records, to resolve disputes, to enforce agreements, and to satisfy legal, regulatory, insurance, tax, security, or professional obligations. The production team must adopt and follow written retention periods for incomplete questionnaires, completed assessments, client files, and marketing records.
Security
No internet transmission or storage system can guarantee perfect security. War Room uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved, including access controls, unique accounts, multifactor authentication where available, secure transmission, vendor oversight, and limits on who may access client information.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to correct or delete information, request a copy of information you provided, withdraw marketing permission, or ask a privacy question. Some requests may be limited by identity verification, legal obligations, regulatory or record-retention requirements, security needs, an active engagement, or other legitimate business requirements. Send requests to trevor@warroomocala.com.
State privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers War Room, you may have additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or certain uses and disclosures of personal information. We will evaluate verified requests under the law that applies. Nothing in this policy is intended to waive a right that cannot legally be waived.
Children
This website and the Second Offer™ process are intended for business owners and adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can address it.
Third party links
Our website may link to books, professional resources, scheduling tools, payment services, or third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services, technology, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
2 Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of WarRoomOcala.com, the Second Offer™ questionnaire, downloadable materials, preliminary reports, and other public-facing War Room resources. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
Purpose of the website and assessment
War Room is designed to help business owners ask better questions earlier. The website, initial questionnaire, and preliminary materials provide education, organization, pre-qualification, and scenario exploration focused on feasibility, readiness, financeability, transferability, and optionality. They may identify issues worth exploring with qualified professionals.
Eligibility and authority
You must be at least 18 years old to submit information. If you provide information about a business or another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide it for the intended purpose and will not submit information you are prohibited from sharing.
No professional or advisory relationship
Using the website, completing a questionnaire, receiving an automated or preliminary result, downloading a report, or communicating with War Room does not by itself create an attorney-client, accountant-client, investment-advisory, lending, brokerage, fiduciary, valuation, or other regulated professional relationship. A consulting relationship begins only through a separate written agreement accepted by War Room and the client.
Information you provide
The usefulness of any result depends on the completeness and accuracy of the information supplied. You are responsible for reviewing your entries and for clearly identifying estimates, assumptions, preferences, and verified facts. Estimates may be used where requested, but no transaction or planning decision should rely on an estimate that requires verification.
Preliminary and changing information
Business conditions, cash flow, value, taxes, laws, lending standards, interest rates, buyer readiness, professional judgments, and personal goals can change. Website content and preliminary outputs are based on information available at the time and may become incomplete or outdated. War Room may revise the website, questionnaire, methodology, or materials at any time.
No guarantee of eligibility financing value or outcome
A website result such as Potential Fit is not an approval, commitment, eligibility determination, or promise. War Room does not guarantee that a business can be sold or transferred, that a successor will qualify, that financing will be available, that a lender or government program will approve a structure, that a stated business value will be achieved, or that any tax, retirement, estate, investment, or transition outcome will occur.
Separate paid services
Any paid assessment, modeling engagement, implementation service, subscription, retainer, or other work is governed by the separate proposal, engagement agreement, scope, pricing, and payment terms accepted for that service. If those terms conflict with this public website page, the signed engagement agreement controls for the paid service.
Permitted use and intellectual property
War Room grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use the website and materials provided to you for your own internal evaluation and planning. War Room, Second Offer™, report formats, frameworks, questionnaires, models, graphics, text, and related materials are owned by or licensed to War Room and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, publish, sell, license, reverse engineer, remove notices from, or create competing derivative materials from them without written permission, except that you may share your own delivered report with professionals assisting you.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use the site unlawfully; submit false, malicious, infringing, or unauthorized information; attempt to access another person’s information; interfere with security or operation; introduce harmful code; scrape or systematically copy content; impersonate another person; or use War Room materials to mislead another person about an approval, valuation, or transaction.
Third party resources and services
Links, software, lenders, professionals, books, or other third-party resources may be provided for convenience or education. Unless expressly stated in writing, War Room does not control, endorse, warrant, or assume responsibility for a third party’s services, content, decisions, privacy practices, or performance. Your relationship with a third party is governed by your agreement with that party.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the public website, questionnaire, preliminary results, and downloadable educational materials are provided “as is” and “as available.” War Room disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in a signed agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this paragraph may not apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, War Room and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data; or decisions made in reliance on public website content or a preliminary assessment. Any liability that cannot legally be excluded will be limited as permitted by applicable law. A separate signed engagement agreement may contain terms that govern liability for paid services.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your unauthorized submission of another person’s information, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these terms. This provision does not require you to indemnify War Room for conduct that cannot legally be shifted to you.
Availability suspension and termination
War Room may restrict or discontinue website access, remove content, or reject a submission when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, suspected misuse, or business operations. We do not promise that the website or any particular feature will always remain available.
Governing law and venue
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning the public website or these terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Marion County, Florida, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Severability and waiver
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
Changes to these terms
War Room may update these terms as the website or services change. The current version will be posted with its effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
Contact
Questions about these terms may be directed to 352-766-1994 or trevor@warroomocala.com.
3 Important Legal Disclosures
The following disclosures apply to War Room public materials, the Second Offer™ questionnaire, preliminary results, sample reports, and educational discussions unless a signed engagement agreement expressly states otherwise.
Education consulting modeling and coordination only
War Room provides business-transition education, consulting, information gathering, organization, scenario modeling, readiness analysis, and coordination. We help owners understand possible paths and tradeoffs. We do not make the client’s legal, tax, lending, investment, valuation, or transaction decisions.
Not legal advice
War Room is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, document drafting, title opinions, or legal representation. Transaction documents, ownership transfers, employment arrangements, estate-planning documents, guarantees, security interests, and other legal matters must be reviewed and handled by qualified legal counsel.
Not tax or accounting advice
War Room does not provide tax returns, audits, attest services, accounting opinions, or individualized tax advice. Illustrations may show estimated taxes or cash flows for educational comparison, but actual treatment depends on verified facts, transaction documents, elections, timing, and applicable law. A qualified CPA or tax professional must verify tax and accounting conclusions.
Not investment securities or individualized financial advice
Public War Room and Second Offer™ materials do not constitute investment advice, a securities recommendation, an offer to buy or sell a security, or individualized financial planning. Retirement, investment, insurance, qualified-plan, and estate decisions require review by appropriately licensed or qualified professionals acting under their own engagement and responsibilities.
Not a valuation appraisal or fairness opinion
Any value, range, multiple, or purchase-price illustration is a planning assumption or preliminary estimate. It is not a certified appraisal, formal business valuation, broker price opinion, solvency opinion, or fairness opinion. A credentialed valuation professional may be needed to establish or support value for a transaction, tax, financing, litigation, or other formal purpose.
No lending or government program approval
War Room is not a lender and does not issue credit decisions, loan commitments, eligibility determinations, guarantees, or government approvals. References to SBA programs, lender practices, interest rates, underwriting, debt-service coverage, equity injection, seller financing, or other financing concepts are educational assumptions. Actual availability and terms are determined by the relevant lender, program rules, underwriting, documentation, and approvals in effect at the time.
No brokerage offer or transaction commitment
Unless separately licensed and engaged in writing for a specific service, War Room is not acting as a business broker, investment banker, securities broker, real-estate broker, buyer, or seller. A questionnaire result or report is not an offer, solicitation, letter of intent, purchase agreement, or commitment by any party to complete a transaction.
Successor readiness and operating results
Leadership readiness, employee retention, company performance, culture, and the ability of a successor to operate the business cannot be guaranteed. The Finder, Binder, Grinder, Minder, Business Flow Assessment, KPI dashboard, and related frameworks are consulting tools intended to support preparation, accountability, and coordinated execution; they do not eliminate business or transition risk.
Assumptions estimates and professional validation
Preliminary work may rely on information supplied by the owner and may distinguish facts, estimates, preferences, and modeled decisions. Outputs are only as reliable as the inputs and assumptions. Material figures and conclusions must be verified through appropriate financial, legal, tax, valuation, lending, insurance, and operational due diligence before implementation.
No guarantee of results
Examples, case studies, projections, illustrations, and sample reports are not promises. Actual results may differ materially because of business performance, timing, market conditions, financing, taxes, buyer and seller behavior, legal requirements, professional advice, and other factors.
Professional team review
Before acting, the owner and prospective successor should consult the professionals appropriate to the situation. War Room may help coordinate that work, but each professional remains responsible for their own analysis, advice, licensing, engagement, and conclusions.
Artificial intelligence and automated tools
War Room may use software, automation, or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to organize information, generate preliminary drafts, identify questions, or support scenario analysis. Outputs may contain errors or omissions and must be reviewed by a qualified human before they are relied upon. Do not treat an automated output as an approval or professional opinion.
